Heath Barker serves as President of CH Barker Group and as Chief Instructional Designer and Government Liaison. He has worked with clients including U.S. Army intelligence, Walmart Stores, General Motors, and the North Carolina Department of Public Safety. He also brings experience in disaster recovery and grant management to the team.
Kyle Barker serves as the Technical Consultant to CH Barker Group. He brings 15 years of experience in network administration and corporate IT infrastructure planning and maintenance to the team. He has designed and implemented enterprise scale networks for clients in the fields of manufacturing, health care, communications, logistics, construction, retail, and HVAC
Medical Consultant, Diversity Coordinator
Lorrie Barker serves as the team's Medical Consultant and brings 10 years of experience in clinical laboratory science to the team. She has experience working and mentoring in STAT reference laboratories, oncology laboratories, and hospital laboratories.
Non-Profit Management Consultant, Data Analytics Specialist
Lawson Seropian serves as the team's Non-Profit Management Consultant and brings 10 years of experience in non-profit management and data analytics to the team. He has managed large territories of non-profit service delivery, designed and facilitated instructor training courses, and managed large client databases.
Human Services Consultant
Marcus Rowe serves as the team's Human Service Consultant and brings 10 years of case management and counseling experience to the team. He has a wealth of experience working with individuals from diverse populations including youth, minorities, mentally ill, chemically addicted, and justice-involved.
Government Programs Consultant
Jared Barkley serves as the team's Government Program Management Consultant and brings over 10 years of experience in local government leadership to the team. He has served as the director of local government programs and is experienced in budgeting and reconciliation, staff development, and government relations.
Service Delivery Consultant
Joseph Ranallo has over 10 years of experience in the hospitality and customer service industry. He has assisted in designing customer service initiatives and consulted with some of the top U.S. restaurants to help improve their customer service relations. He also brings a wealth of knowledge in the wine industry and has studied across the U.S. and South America.
